How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Please note, shipping times may take 8-14 business days since we are a small startup fulfilling from multiple locations for our customers, as well as fluctuating demand.

When Will You Ship My Order?
We try our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of being placed Monday-Friday
We ship within 24-48 hours after purchase, Monday through Friday. Please allow for 14-21 days for product to arrive for US customers, other countries it varies between 2 to 4 weeks.
How Do I Track My Shipment?
Once orders are fulfilled and shipped out, we will send you an email with tracking number that will allow you to see when the product will arrive. We typically ship products 24-48 hours and orders take 14-21 days for to arrive.
I Have Received My Tracking Number, But There Is No Information.
Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS for US orders. All other countries may have slightly longer delays for the tracking information to update.
How/Where Do I Input My Promo Code?
You will be given the opportunity to enter your PROMO code during check-out, and after you've entered your billing and shipping information.
What If I Need To Make A Return?
There is a 30 day return/exchange policy. If 30 days pass, there will be no return option.
My Order Won't Go Through. What Should I Do?

I Need To Change Something In My Order. How Can I Do That?
Your order can be altered at any time prior to the shipment. Once the order is shipped, it is out of our control. If it is before shipment please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or if you would like to add something to the order you will have to place a new order.
If I don't Want My Order Anymore, Can I Return It?
You have 14 days AFTER you have received your package to return it. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we receive your order in our warehouse it will typically take between 2-3 business days from the time that we receive your package for your payment to be refunded back on your account (shorter if you paid with Paypal).
I Have Only Received Part Of My Order, Where Is The Rest Of It?
Our items tend to ship from different locations at different times (We are in the process of acquiring one location to ship all products in one package order!). While we do our absolute best to get you everything at the same time, sometimes there are delays and we can always double check your order to make sure we didn't experience an error with your order.
What Happens If A Customer Has Provided The Wrong Shipping Information And Package Is Not Deliverable?
The customer is fully responsible to getting hold of their package by their local USPS office to retrieve it. If USPS determines it is not deliverable and customer doesn't claim their package on time, then USPS will send the package back to our warehouse. Customer has two choice at this point, place a second order and cover shipping cost or ask for a refund with a 15% restocking fee charge.
What if some of my items are missing?
Upon receiving your items, please check that you have all items. If something is missing contact us at: email@example.com so that we can assist you with your order and deliver all of your items.
